Very attentive, kind reception personnel. Spacious room. Excellent bathroom. Good breakfast. Easy on-street parking.

Old world charm with a modern touch. The single room was spacious with a small kitchenette. Dishes and silverware just enough for One. The housekeeper gave me new towels daily. The Owner of the Hotel carried my luggage up the stairs and 9 days later on check out he carried my luggage to my rental car for me. I only ate breakfast one time during my stay but the variety of meats, cheeses and marmalade was plenty. I definitely recommend the Gala Hotel.

Clean, good value with nice breakfast and newly renovated bathroom. Pleasantly surprised by this last minute booking and the warm welcome we received.

Hotel is somehow a little bit far from the centre, in an old quarter of Phorzheim. The room was quite big, nicely refurnished and clean. We had no breakfast, so I cannot judge the quality and price. The advantage was free parking very close to the hotel. Very good pizzeria close to the hotel (600 m.). Excellent cuisine and friendly service, run by Italian couple: La Piazetta, Ludwigsplatz 9.

Everything was great except for the bed for a 6 year old child, it looked like an ambulance stretcher.

Very nice hotel . Breakfast is amazing

Needed a bed for a night as part of a road trip through Germany, so we didn't arrive her until late. The hotel was fantastic at arranging handing over the keys outside of check-in hours. It's really simple. Messaged me the code for the keybox and was as simple as that! The room was HUGE (40) and the bathroom was spotless! We had an absolute bargain with this and would definitely recommend. Free parking at the rear of the hotel for around 10 cars. They were all full when we arrived but we managed to park on the street. Would definitely stay again!
